Terms & Conditions

Italian Swing Dance Academy (in short ISDA) is the Organizer of the “Swing Craze” event.
Final decisions on all matters pertaining to this event rest solely with the Organizer.
1. After a successful registration, each participant should receive a confirmation email. If you have NOT received a confirmation within 7 days after your registration, please notify ISDA by sending a message to swingcrazefestival@gmail.com
2. The registrant/attendee is required to make payment on time, otherwise the registration may be canceled.
3. The event Organizer do not take responsibility for accidents, losses, or thefts at the event.
4. The customer is responsible for any direct or indirect damage that himself could cause to persons or things during the event.
5. The event Organizer is not responsible for any kind of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of instructors, etc.) and its consequences.
6. The event Organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule before and throughout the duration of the event.
7. All attendees give their consent to be photographed and filmed during the event; these images/videos may be used by the Organizer for promotional purposes.
8. All official Swing Craze videos, images and competition submissions will be the property of ISDA.
9. Any visual image, sound recording, or other physical impression of the Swing Craze attendees, staff, bands, or event programming for a commercial and/or public-facing purposes is strictly prohibited. Recording for personal-use is permitted.
10. During the event, all attendees agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Code of Conduct
ISDA do not tolerate harassment in any form; event participants violating this rule may be expelled without a refund at the discretion of the Organizer.

Refunds / Cancellations
For all passes: 50% of the amount until the 20th of September 2025.
For all passes: No refunding beyond the 20th of September 2025.
All Passes ARE transferable to another individual for the 2025 event, provided the transfer happens prior to registration closing, the 20th of November 2025.
